The following Terms apply to all customers ("you") who purchase products or services from our website.

2. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Products & Services

3.1 Custom-Made Products

Our main products include:

  • Custom bridal dresses (purchase & rental)
  • Evening dresses (custom-made)
  • Afghan traditional handmade dresses

All custom items are:

  • Individually made based on your measurements and preferences
  • Unique and non-resellable

3.2 Rental Services

We also offer rental of selected bridal and event dresses.

Rental terms:

  • Limited rental period agreed at booking
  • Items must be returned on time and in original condition
  • Late returns or damages may incur additional charges

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT where required.

Additional costs:

  • Shipping fees (calculated at checkout)
  • Customs duties (for international orders, if applicable)

We accept payments via:

  • Shopify Payments
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Other methods available at checkout

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally.

Delivery times:

  • Custom orders: based on production timeline
  • Ready or rental items: as specified

Delays may occur due to:

  • Production complexity
  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Exception: Custom-Made Goods

This right does NOT apply to:

  • Custom-made bridal dresses
  • Personalized evening dresses
  • Handmade Afghan clothing
  • Altered or made-to-measure rental items

These products are excluded from withdrawal rights because they are individually produced.

7. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary:

  • No returns or refunds for custom-made or rental items
  • Refunds only in case of defects or incorrect delivery
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production begins
  • Cancellation allowed only within 24 hours of purchase

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate measurements and personal information
  • Carefully review product details before ordering
  • Ensure correct shipping details

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer input.

9. Product Accuracy & Variations

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Slight variations in color, embroidery, or design may occur
  • Screen display differences may affect perceived colors

These variations do not constitute defects.

10. Defects & Claims

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details

We will offer:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund (if applicable)

11. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for illegal purposes
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Upload harmful code or attempt to disrupt the website

We reserve the right to block access for violations.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, designs, logos, texts) is the property of ZOHAL Couture.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

13. Liability

We are liable only in cases of:

We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
