1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your desired product, choosing the size (if applicable), and clicking “Add to Cart”. Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.
2. What is a Pre-Order, and how does it work?
Items marked as “Pre-Order” are made-to-order and not in stock. To place a pre-order:
Select your preferred product.
Click “Pre-Order Now” and complete checkout.
Once confirmed, production begins.
Production times:
Afghan Traditional Dresses: ~4 weeks
Evening & Bridal Dresses: 4–12 weeks (1–3 months)
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is ready to ship.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Rates are calculated at checkout.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items: Usually 7–14 days depending on your location.
Pre-Order items: Production takes 3–12 weeks, depending on the type of dress.
Custom orders: Estimated delivery time will be provided upon order confirmation.
5. Can I request a custom design?
Yes! We offer custom-made bridal, evening, and Afghan traditional dresses. You can submit:
- Your measurements
- Reference photos
- Personal design ideas
Our team will create a tailored design to fit your body and style. Custom-made items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. What materials are used in your dresses?
We use high-quality fabrics such as silk, velvet, chiffon, and cotton, along with hand embroidery, beading, and traditional Afghan embellishments to ensure authentic luxury.
7. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept:
- Major credit/debit cards
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Other secure payment methods available at checkout
8. Can I return or exchange my order?
Since our products are handmade and often custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items delivered
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will provide a solution.
9. Do you offer rental options?
Yes! Selected bridal and evening dresses are available for rental.
Rental types:
- Ready-to-rent: Available immediately, shipped in 1–2 business days.
- Custom-made rental: Tailored to your measurements or design ideas, production takes 4–12 weeks.
All rentals are subject to deposit, rental period, and care responsibilities. Please see our Rental Policy for full details.
10. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use the link provided to track your shipment in real time.
