Shipping Policy

At ZOHAL Couture, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. As we offer both ready-to-ship items and custom-made garments, shipping times may vary depending on the product type.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship Items (In Stock)
Products that are available in stock will be:
- Processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Shipped quickly via our courier partners
Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Items
For items that are not in stock and must be handmade:

Afghan Traditional Dresses (Gand Afghani):
Production time: up to 3-4 weeks -
Evening Dresses & Bridal Dresses:
Production time: 4 to 12 weeks (1–3 months) depending on design complexity
These items are individually crafted and require time for tailoring, embroidery, and finishing.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Delivery times depend on destination and courier
Estimated shipping times (after dispatch):
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–14 business days
⚠️ Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number
You can track your shipment directly via the courier link provided.
4. Customs, Taxes & Duties
Germany (DE)
- Prices include VAT (Mehrwertsteuer)
International Orders
Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
This means:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Local taxes
…are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
5. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted international carriers such as:
- DHL
- FedEx
- UPS
- DPD
- GLS
- Hermes
6. Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Changes must be requested within 4 hours of placing the order
- After this, processing may already begin
⚠️ Once shipped, we cannot modify the address or order.
7. Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
The customer will:
- Be responsible for reshipping costs
We are not responsible for lost shipments caused by incorrect information.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered
- If your package arrives damaged:

9. Shipping Delays Disclaimer
While we aim for timely delivery:
- Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are beyond our control
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed

10. Important Notice for Custom Orders
By placing a custom or made-to-order purchase, you acknowledge:
- Production time is required before shipping
- Delivery timelines are longer than ready-made items
- Each piece is handmade specifically for you
