Rental & Custom-Made Rental Terms

At ZOHAL Couture, we offer rental services for select bridal and evening dresses. Some rentals are ready-to-ship, while others are custom-made based on your measurements, preferences, or reference images.

By placing a rental order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Types

A. Ready-to-Rent Items

  • Available in standard sizes and designs
  • Processed and shipped within 1–2 business days
  • Ideal for last-minute events

B. Custom-Made Rental Items

  • Made according to your measurements or reference designs
  • Tailored for your body and event
  • Production times:
    • Afghan Traditional Dresses: up to 4 weeks
    • Evening & Bridal Dresses: 4–12 weeks (1–3 months)
  • Custom rental items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started

2. Rental Period

  • Standard rental period: 3–5 days (from delivery date)
  • Exact rental duration will be communicated before shipping

3. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment required to confirm any rental, including custom-made pieces
  • For custom rentals, a design consultation and final approval is required before production begins
  • Rental orders are final and non-refundable

4. Security Deposit

  • High-value or custom-made rentals may require a security deposit
  • Refundable if the item is returned in original condition
  • Fees may apply for:
    • Damage
    • Stains beyond repair
    • Late returns
    • Loss

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Ready-to-rent items: May be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped
  • Custom-made rentals: Cannot be canceled once production begins
  • All rentals are final once confirmed

6. Use & Care Responsibilities

  • Handle garments with care
  • Avoid permanent stains, damage, or alterations
  • Return in original condition and packaging
  • Customers are responsible for dry cleaning costs if required

7. Late Returns & Fees

  • Late returns may incur daily rental fees
  • Failure to return a rental may result in full replacement charge

8. Damaged, Lost, or Altered Items

  • Any damage or permanent alterations to a rental may result in:
    • Repair costs
    • Cleaning fees
    • Full replacement cost

9. Delivery & Shipping

  • Ready-to-rent items: Shipped within 1–2 business days
  • Custom-made rentals: Production times apply before shipping (see Section 1B)
  • Return instructions provided with each rental

10. Fit & Adjustments

  • Ready-to-rent items: Standard sizes, minor fitting differences possible
  • Custom-made rentals: Tailored to your measurements; minor alterations may still be required locally

11. Important Notice

  • Custom rental items are made specifically for you and are non-refundable
  • Rental items remain the property of ZOHAL Couture and must be returned
  • This policy is separate from our Return & Refund Policy for purchased items
