01. Processing Time

Orders are processed within the mentioned timeframe in business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Customized, made-to-order and pre-order items may require additional processing time.

 

02. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are mentioned at the checkout.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

03. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

 

04. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


05. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.

Certain items may be restricted from shipping internationally due to customs regulations.


06. Taxes & Duties

DE Customers

For our customers in the Germany, the prices of products already include all applicable taxes and duties.

International Customers

Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival which may be applicable in your country.


07. Address Changes & Order Modifications

Address changes or modifications can only be made within 4 hours of placing an order. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

Important: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.


08. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


09. Shipping Delays & Courier Services

Please note that our company is not liable for any delays in shipping. We partner with large and trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS Express, GLS, Hermes and DPD Germany.
