Click "Pre-Order Now" and complete the checkout process.
Once your pre-order is confirmed, we will start the production process.
Production takes around 4-5 weeks before the item is ready to ship.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location. You will see the shipping cost at checkout.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items: Delivered within 7–14 days, depending on your location.
Pre-Order items: Take around 3 weeks for production before shipping.
Custom orders: Processing time varies; we will provide an estimated delivery time upon order confirmation.
5. Can I request a custom design?
Yes! We offer custom-made Afghan traditional wear. Please contact us via email or Instagram with your request, and our team will assist you.
6. What materials do you use in your designs?
We use high-quality fabrics such as silk, velvet, and cotton, along with hand-embroidered details and traditional Afghan jewelry to ensure authenticity and luxury.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
8. Can I return or exchange my order?
Since our products are handmade and often custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to assist you.
