Refund and Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our AF Traditional Dresses and Evening Dresses we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. These products are carefully designed and made specifically for each customer, ensuring a unique fit for special occasions.

Why We Don't Accept Returns or Exchanges

As our products are custom-made, tailored, and often intended for specific occasions (such as weddings, parties, and other events), they do not qualify for the EU 14-day cooling-off period. Under EU law, items that are customized or personalized (including bridal and evening wear) are excluded from the return rights.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We understand that issues can arise, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at zohalcouture@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue promptly. We will provide a solution, including exchanges or refunds if the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • AF Traditional Dresses and Evening Dresses are customized to your specifications, making them non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for AF Traditional Dresses and Evening Dresses. We encourage customers to carefully review their size and style choices in Evening Dresses before placing their order. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period

Please note that the EU 14-day cooling-off period for returns does not apply to custom-made or personalized products like AF Traditional and Evening Dresses. These items are exempt due to their customized nature and the fact they are tailored for specific events.

Refunds

Since we do not accept returns or exchanges, refunds are only available in cases where an item is defective or incorrect upon delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we will assess the issue and provide a refund if applicable.
