At ZOHAL Couture, we ensure a seamless shipping experience for our customers. Orders are processed within business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, and damaged items should be reported within 24 hours for assistance. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted locations.

For international orders, taxes and duties may apply, and the recipient is responsible for these costs. Changes to orders or addresses can be made within 4 hours of placing the order.

Due to the customized nature of our Products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. These products are made specifically for each customer for special occasions, so they are excluded from the EU 14-day cooling-off period.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at zohalcouture@gmail.com for a resolution, including exchanges or refunds if applicable.

Exceptions
Customized dresses are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns on worn, altered, or damaged items. Exchanges are not available, so please review size and style carefully before placing your order.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items. Once returned and assessed, we will process a refund if applicable.
